General Information
Heavy-duty connectors are specifically designed to meet the demands of demanding environmental conditions. Its ability to enable the pre-installation of large numbers and complex circuits greatly improves the efficiency of equipment installation and reduces the rate of wiring errors. Some rail connectors are mounted externally and have to withstand not only high speeds, strong vibrations and high temperatures, but also harsh elements such as heat, vibration and salt. The heavy-duty connectors are perfectly matched to both mechanical, electrical and environmental properties. Compared to the standard series, they are able to make rational use of the effective space and have a compact layout, saving 30% to 40% of the installation space.
Features
Heavy-duty housings
①Protective housing upper base: standard or high structure, top or side outlet, 2 or 4 ears, single or double buckle. ② Protective housing base: available with openings for mounting, surface mounting and cable docking: single or double clasps and 2 or 4 ears on the base. 
Heavy-duty inserts
①Male inserts & breast inserts Connection options include screw crimp, cold crimp, cage connection, spring connection. 
Cable glands
There is a distinction between M and PG threads, the choice depends on the size of the cable or connecting wire. 
Male pins / female pins
The material is usually copper alloy and the surface is usually silver plated, with the option of gold plating.
